Our tutors and coaches undergo a rigorous screening process. They must demonstrate both talented and passionate instruction in their areas of expertise as well as strong interpersonal skills.  At MAIA, we know that students benefit the most from research-based instruction when they relate well to their instructors and experience the satisfaction of reaching their goals.  All of our tutors have a minimum of a Master's Degree in General Education, Special Education, or a Master's Degree in a content-specific area.  While they are welcomed to our MAIA team already having a proven track record of exemplary teaching, our educators continue to grow through our tailored professional development opportunities.
